"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are."
— C.G. Jung
Hey there, I’m Rhiannon
As an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist and longtime yoga and mindfulness teacher, I bring both worlds into my work with clients. I believe healing happens through mind and body together, so my approach weaves psychotherapy with body-based practices rather than relying on one alone.
My work is grounded in existential psychology, which centers on questions we all wrestle with — who we are, what matters to us, and how we want to live. This includes the experience of grief and loss, and how we find meaning and move through them. This lens shapes our work toward authenticity and personal choice, helping you feel more grounded in what's true for you as we carefully examine the stories you carry and reconnect you with your inner wisdom.
I aim to bring warmth and a lightness to our work together, even when processing the hard things. Above all, I care about creating a space that honors who you are — where you can show up as yourself, free of judgment, and feel truly seen, heard, and valued.
